Pokemon GO Fascination

Gotta catch ’em all! Since Pokemon Go has been released, there has been countless new articles on people who crashed their cars, fell off cliffs, ponds and other mishaps. Accidents such as this -> Pokemon GO Accident is the reason why police are issuing warnings to stay safe while playing the game. In case you haven’t heard of it yet here is an article explaining what it is about -> Pokemon Go 101. They are also saying that people are getting robbed while playing, so watch out. It seems that all common sense, safety went out the window as the craze of trying to catch all the Pokemon in your city. Whether it was released in your area  or you got the app through other means. Please remember to keep safe while playing the game, look both ways while crossing the street, watch your surroundings (not Pokemon) in case you run into trees, fall off cliffs, ponds, into cars. Your life is more important than a game! So please stay safe and try not to kill your self while searching for Pokemon!

Life, Love, Dreams!

2 weeks until University is done! Can’t believe how fast the time went by. It seem like yesterday I started University, but now my 5 years are over and done with. Now it’s time to face the real world and try to find a job. Now I have to fit in everything that I want to do before the semester ends :S

Things I want to do!

  • Go down to the beach
  • Photoshoot
  • Hike up this small hill at night for the city view and for the stars
  • Go see the seals
  • Explore more parks

I only have two assignments left and two essays to study for then I am done besides the readings I have to do for class 😦 Oh well! In terms of the New Years Resolutions I created in January, I have had no time to focus on them, so I will leave that for the summertime! I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube videos lately, especially DIY videos and it’s getting me into the mood to start working on DIY projects that I do not have the space to do. It’s also making me want to get candles from Bath and Body Works. Those candles are expensive, but I can’t burn any otherwise the university residence fire alarm will go off. I need to fix my Starbucks hot chocolate craving! There is now Trix Cereal in some store ins Canada for a limited time! There hasn’t been any in Canada since I was a kid and only in America, so happy dance to that! There is also French Toast Crunch in certain stores which makes me really happy.

Long Hair Problems

Long hair takes time to grow and it’s a lot of work. It is worth growing your hair out because the wind in your hair or running your fingers through your hair feelings so good. In order to keep your hair healthy and strong here is a few tips and tricks for your long Hair Problems:

  1. Don’t brush your hair when it’s wet, it is so much easier to run a comb through your hair then a hairbrush.
  2. Coconut Oil is good for long hair in terms of a moisturizer and makeup remover
  3. Don’t wear your hair loose in bed otherwise it will tangle
  4. Use metal free hair elastics
  5. Don’t twist your hair elastics on your hair too many times otherwise your hair might break
  6. Use a hairbrush that is right for your hair
  7. Wash your hair every few days so your natural oils can help keep your hair healthy.
  8. Go to a hair dresser once in a while for a trip to get rid of split ends and keep it healthy

Dorm Room Ideas

The pictures below showcase some ideas what I’m possibly planning for my dorm room, but it can work for any room in the house. Thought it would be better to showcase some of my photos instead of having all posters/maps. Make my room more girly and less American. Not that having an American room is a bad thing (I’m a Canadian…I blame my Americanism on my ancestors). If I could find an American Flag bedding or a civil war flag, I would be up to the moon. But it’s sad that the American bathing suit at target was too small 😦
